WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $105 Million in August. There were a total of 67 transactions. Of those sales, 13 were chalets, 10 were townhomes and 18 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $34 Million in sales in August. There were a total of 38 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were single family homes, 11 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $9 Million in total dollar volume in August. There were a total of 11 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 2 were duplexes and 1 was a vacant land.
