Through August 2022

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $56 Million in August. There were a total of 39 transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 9 were townhouses and 4 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $25 Million in sales in August. There were a total of 23 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were single family homes, 4 were townhomes and 6 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $4 Million in total dollar volume in August. There were a total of 7 transactions. Of those sales, 3 were chalets and 1 was a townhouses and 2 were condominiums.
