WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $194 Million in October. There were a total of 129 transactions, up from 94 in September and 63 in October of last year. Of those sales, 25 were chalets, 54 were townhomes and 30 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $16 Million in total dollar volume in October. There were a total of 29 transactions. Of those sales, 8 were chalets, 3 were townhomes and 16 were vacant land.
