Sea to Sky Real Estate Update
WHISTLER’s real estate market saw a total dollar volume of just under $42 Million in July in a total of 38 transactions: 12 of which were condo sales, 12 were townhome sales and 8 were chalet sales. Chalet sales lead the Whistler market for dollar volume in July, with a total of just over $18 Million!

Property sales in PEMBERTON brought in just over $6 Million in dollar volume in July 2019, with a total of 10 property sales. Of those, 3 were chalets sales totalling $3.45 Million, 2 were condo sales, and there were 2 townhome sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market in July brought in a total dollar volume of just over $21 Million. There were a total of 28 property transactions reported: 13 single-family home sales, 15 townhome sales, and 4 condo sales. Single Family Home sales made up the most of the total dollar volume last month, just under $12 Million total.
