Sea to Sky Real Estate Update

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $98 Million in January. There were a total of 93 transactions, up from 38 in January of 2020. Of those sales, 10 were chalets, 20 were townhomes and 24 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $18 Million in total dollar volume in January. There were a total of 23 transactions. Of those sales, 9 were chalets, 4 were townhomes and 3 were vacant land.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $63 Million in sales in January. There were a total of 68 property transactions, up from 41 in January 2020. Of those sales, 28 were single family homes, 16 were townhomes and 18 were condominiums.
