WHISTLER real estate saw a total of 20 new listings and 9 sales including 2 luxury homes over $6M, 1 townhome, and 1 phase 2, hotel condo and 1 quartershare. There have been 9 Price Reductions.
PEMBERTON saw a total of 2 new homes listed, and 1 townhome. No sales in the past 7 days.

The SQUAMISH real estate market saw 19 new listings, with 10 sales including 8 detached (4 of which were mobile homes), 1 townhome and 1 condominium.
