Good News for Real Estate Buyers looking to purchase in Whistler and Pemberton!

Did you know that Whistler and Pemberton are exempt from Canada’s foreign buyer ban? This means that non-residents can still purchase real estate in these areas, including residential homes, tourist accommodations, and commercial properties.

While the foreign buyer ban restricts non-Canadians from purchasing property in most census metropolitan areas and agglomerations across the country, Whistler and Pemberton remain open to international buyers. This is great news for those looking to invest in these popular and scenic regions!

If you or someone you know is considering real estate opportunities in Whistler or Pemberton, now is the time to explore the options available!

On another note, Spring is in full effect in Whistler!

Winter is behind us, offering longer days and endless ways to fill them. Spring savings are calling in Whistler, with dining specials around the Village and great value on accommodation.
