Time on Market: • Detached homes: 87 days (+60%) • Condos: 49 days • Townhomes: 59 days

Buyer Demographics: • 67% from Whistler, Vancouver, or North Shore • 18% from other parts of BC • 12% international (primarily U.S.)

Average Sale Price: • $1,733,857 — holding steady compared to last year

Through July 2025

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $56 Million in July. There were a total of 32 property transactions. Of those sales, 5 were chalets, 12 were townhouses and 4 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $55 Million in sales in July. There were a total of 45 property transactions. Of those sales, 19 were single family homes, 10 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.
