Through January 2024
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $41 Million in January. There were a total of 34 property transactions. Of those sales, 5 were chalets, 2 were townhouses and 8 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $27 Million in sales in January. There were a total of 24 property transactions. Of those sales, 5 were detached homes, 8 were townhomes and 9 were condominiums.
