Sea to Sky Real Estate Market Update:

Through December 2023

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $30 Million in December. There were a total of 24 transactions. Of those sales, 2 were chalets, 6 were townhouses and 12 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $22 Million in sales in December. There were a total of 19 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were single family homes, 6 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $4 Million in total dollar volume in December. There were a total of 3 transactions. Of those sales, 1 was a chalet,  1 was a condominium and 1 was vacant land.
