Through December 2025

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $71 Million in December. There were a total of 35 property transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 11 were townhouses and 6 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $30 Million in sales in December. There were a total of 26 property transactions. Of those sales, 9 were single family homes, 8 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.
