Through June 2025
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $61 Million in June. There were a total of 36 property transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 11 were townhouses and 7 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $60 Million in sales in June. There were a total of 51 property transactions. Of those sales, 16 were single family homes, 11 were townhomes and 18 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $12 Million in total dollar volume of sales in June. There were a total of 8 transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, and 2 were vacant land.
