Whistler Real Estate Market Update | June 2026
The Whistler market continues to shift toward a more balanced environment, creating opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
June Market Highlights
- Sales-to-active listings ratio: 10% – a buyer’s market
- Detached Homes: Benchmark price $2,655,200 (+1.6% year over year), with 5 sales
- Townhomes: Benchmark price $1,690,300 (-0.6% year over year), with 10 sales and an average of 47 days on market
- Condos: Benchmark price $567,100 (-15.3% year over year), with 17 sales
Inventory has increased, giving buyers more choice and greater negotiating power. At the same time, well-priced and well-presented properties continue to sell, with overall June sales volume up approximately 15% compared to June 2025.

Through June 2026
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $73 Million in June. There were a total of 27 property transactions. Of those sales, 3 were chalets, 8 were townhouses and 7 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $50 Million in sales in June. There were a total of 45 property transactions. Of those sales, 21 were chalets, 12 were townhomes and 9 were condominiums.
