WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $85 Million in May. There were a total of 61 transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 16 were townhouses and 17 were condominiums sales

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $38 Million in sales in May. There were a total of 37 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were single family homes, 15 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.
