Through May 2025
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $74 Million in May. There were a total of 45 property transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 24 were townhouses and 8 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $66 Million in sales in May. There were a total of 54 property transactions. Of those sales, 21 were single family homes, 13 were townhomes and 17 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $11 Million in total dollar volume of sales in May. There were a total of 10 transactions. Of those sales 3 were chalets, 3 were townhouses and 2 were condominiums.
