A New Chapter
Dear Friends, Clients, and Colleagues,
After 10 wonderful years of working together as The Morel Real Estate Team, I would like to share some personal news with you.
My business partner and daughter-in-law, Melissa Schneiderova, has decided to begin a new chapter in her life and has stepped away from the real estate industry. Over the past decade, Melissa and I have had the privilege of helping so many families, buyers, and sellers achieve their real estate goals. We are incredibly grateful for the trust, support, and friendships we have built along the way.
While I am sad to see this chapter come to an end—and yes, there are a few tears in my eyes—I am also excited for Melissa as she embarks on her new journey. I wish her every happiness and success in whatever comes next.
Moving forward, I will continue serving our clients under Ursula Morel Personal Real Estate Corporation, supported by my dedicated office team at RE/MAX Sea to Sky Real Estate (Whistler). You can count on the same commitment, professionalism, and personalized service that you have come to expect over the years.

The Whistler real estate market remained active throughout May, with strong buyer interest and healthy inventory levels providing more choice and opportunity.

Through May 2026
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $71 Million in May. There were a total of 43 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 16 were townhouses and 7 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $54 Million in sales in May. There were a total of 43 property transactions. Of those sales, 17 were chalets, 13 were townhomes and 9 were condominiums.
