Through February 2024

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $64 Million in February. There were a total of 43 transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 7 were townhouses and 11 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $22 Million in sales in December. There were a total of 19 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were single family homes, 6 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.
