Sea to Sky Real Estate Market Update:

Through February 2025

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $80 Million in February. There were a total of 41 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 8 were townhouses and 8 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $60 Million in sales in February. There were a total of 47 property transactions. Of those sales, 15 were single family homes, 19 were townhomes and 8 were condominiums.
