Through April 2023
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $86 Million in April. There were a total of 50 transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 17 were townhouses and 12 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $35 Million in sales in April. There were a total of 36 property transactions. Of those sales, 9 were single family homes, 10 were townhomes and 12 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $11 Million in total dollar volume in April. There were a total of 9 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 3 were townhouses and 2 were vacant land.
