Through March 2023

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $84 Million in March. There were a total of 51 transactions. Of those sales, 8 were chalets, 9 were townhouses and 18 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $49 Million in sales in March. There were a total of 46 property transactions. Of those sales, 13 were single family homes, 16 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $15 Million in total dollar volume in March. There were a total of 14 transactions. Of those sales, 5 were chalets, 4 were townhouses and 3 were condominiums.
