Through February 2023
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $79 Million in February. There were a total of 43 transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 14 were townhouses and 9 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $26 Million in sales in February. There were a total of 25 property transactions. Of those sales, 11 were single family homes, 8 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $5 Million in total dollar volume in February. There were a total of 5 transactions. Of those sales, 2 were chalets, 2 were townhouses and 1 was a condominium.
