Sea to Sky Real Estate Market Update:

Through January 2023

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $21 Million in January. There were a total of 19 transactions. Of those sales, 3 were chalets, 3 were townhouses and 5 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $19 Million in sales in January. There were a total of 18 property transactions. Of those sales, 9 were single family homes, 4 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $3 Million in total dollar volume in January. There were a total of 4 transactions. Of those sales, 1 was a chalet, 2 were townhouses and 1 was a condominium.
