WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $78 Million in December. There were a total of 38 transactions. Of those sales, 9 were chalets, 8 were townhouses and 7 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $19 Million in sales in December. There were a total of 20 property transactions. Of those sales, 3 were single family homes, 8 were townhomes and 6 were condominiums.
