Through November 2022

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $55 Million in November. There were a total of 35 transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 10 were townhouses and 5 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $21 Million in sales in November. There were a total of 23 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were single family homes, 6 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $1 Million in total dollar volume in November. There were a total of 1 transaction. Of those sales, 1 was a townhouses.
