Whistler remained a buyer’s market in July, with an overall sales-to-active-listings ratio of 7%.

• 100 active listings
• Benchmark price: $2,560,300
• Down 3.6% from July 2025

🏘️ Townhomes

• 6 sales
• 75 active listings
• Benchmark price: $1,659,200
• Down 2.1% year-over-year

🏢 Condos

• 14 sales
• 149 active listings
• Benchmark price: $550,600
• Down 18.9% year-over-year

With more selection and less competition, this could be an excellent time for buyers to explore the Whistler market before ski season begins.

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $39 Million in July. There were a total of 25 property transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 7 were townhouses and 3 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $50 Million in sales in July. There were a total of 46 property transactions. Of those sales, 15 were chalets, 16 were townhomes and 10 were condominiums.
