Through November 2023

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $55 Million in November. There were a total of 26 transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 9 were townhouses and 3 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $39 Million in sales in November. There were a total of 34 property transactions. Of those sales, 11 were single family homes, 12 were townhomes and 7 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $7 Million in total dollar volume in November There were a total of 8 transactions. Of those sales, 1 was a chalet, 2 were townhouses and 4 were condominiums.
