  • Homes sold for a median of 94.46% of list price in May 2024.
  • The most active price band is $6,000,000-$6,499,999 where the sales ratio is 50%.
  • The median luxury sales price for attached homes is $3,575,000.
  • The median days on market for May 2024 was 28 days, up from 2 in May 2023.

WHISTLER ATTACHED HOMES on Page 21 is a Balanced Market with a 1% Sales Ratio.

  • Homes sold for a median of 100% of list price in May 2024.
  • The most active price band is $1,800,000-$1,899,999 where the sales ratio is 10%.
  • The median luxury sales price for attached homes is $1,850,000.
  • The median days on market for May 2024 was 1 day, down from 48 in May 2023.
