Through April 2026

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $84 Million in April. There were a total of 34 property transactions. Of those sales, 9 were chalets, 11 were townhouses and 3 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $52 Million in sales in April. There were a total of 48 property transactions. Of those sales, 14 were chalets, 14 were townhomes and 17 were condominiums.
