Welcome to another beautiful autumn in Whistler, British Columbia. There are plenty of events to enjoy this coming month and you can feel the anticipation buzzing in the air with the fast approaching ski season upon us.
The Bank of Canada made their big announcement with their fourth consecutive rate drop since June. The policy interest rate was lowered by 50 basis points, bringing the rate to 3.75%. The next announcement will be in December. Stay tuned!

Through September 2024
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $65 Million in September. There were a total of 40 property transactions. Of those sales, 8 were chalets, 11 were townhouses and 16 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $59 Million in sales in September. There were a total of 52 property transactions. Of those sales, 16 were single family homes, 18 were townhomes and 13 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $7 Million in total dollar volume of sales in September. There were a total of 8 transactions. Of those sales, 3 were chalets and 5 were condominiums.
