WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $61 Million in July. There were a total of 32 transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 10 were townhouses and 3 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $46 Million in sales in July. There were a total of 43 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were single family homes, 15 were townhomes and 13 were condominiums.
