WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of sales of approximately $90 Million in August. There were a total of 44 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were chalets, 11 were townhouses and 7 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of approximately $25 Million in sales in August. There were a total of 21 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were chalets, 5 were townhomes and 5 were condominiums.
