As 2025 winds down, North America’s luxury real estate market is defined by balance, stability, and predictability.

After October’s surge, November saw a seasonal slowdown with fewer sales and new listings, yet activity remains well above 2023 levels. Year-to-date, single-family sales are up 5.7%, while pricing remains firm and homes are selling closer to asking.

Stable interest rates are supporting confident, intentional decision-making. Luxury buyers continue to be selective, prioritizing privacy, sustainability, wellness, and exclusivity.
