Through March 2022

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $154 Million in March. There were a total of 76 transactions. Of those sales, 13 were chalets, 17 were townhouses and 18 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $87 Million in sales in March. There were a total of 66 property transactions. Of those sales, 25 were single family homes, 15 were townhomes and 19 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $9 Million in total dollar volume in March. There were a total of 6 transactions. Of those sales, 2 were chalets.
