Through May 2022

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $96 Million in April. There were a total of 62 transactions. Of those sales, 9 were chalets, 14 were townhouses and 20 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $61 Million in sales in April. There were a total of 52 property transactions. Of those sales, 17 were single family homes, 17 were townhomes and 13 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $10 Million in total dollar volume in April. There were a total of 13 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 3 were townhouses and 2 were condominiums.
