Through May 2022


WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $72 Million in May. There were a total of 42 transactions. Of those sales, 6 were chalets, 15 were townhouses and 9 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $49 Million in sales in May. There were a total of 44 property transactions. Of those sales, 14 were single family homes, 14 were townhomes and 12 were condominiums.
