Through August 2021

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $135 Million in July. There were a total of 78 transactions, up from 68 in July of 2020. Of those sales, 17 were chalets, 15 were townhomes and 17 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $26 Million in sales in July. There were a total of 27 property transactions. Of those sales, 10 were single family homes, 7 were townhomes and 8 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $12 Million in total dollar volume in July. There were a total of 13 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets, 2 were townhomes and 1 was a condominium.
