Through November 2021

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $111 Million in November. There were a total of 65 transactions. Of those sales, 8 were chalets, 12 were vacant land and 9 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $57 Million in sales in November. There were a total of 51 property transactions. Of those sales, 18 were single family homes,11 were townhomes and 14 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $9 Million in total dollar volume in November. There were a total of 10 transactions. Of those sales, 4 were chalets and 2 were condominiums.
