Sea to Sky Real Estate Market Update:

Through October 2021

WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $94 Million in October. There were a total of 68 transactions. Of those sales, 13 were chalets, 11 were vacant land and 15 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $54 Million in sales in October. There were a total of 50 property transactions. Of those sales, 19 were single family homes,10 were townhomes and 19 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $17 Million in total dollar volume in October. There were a total of 16 transactions. Of those sales, 5 were chalets and 7 were condominiums.
