Through July 2022
WHISTLER’s real estate market had a total dollar volume of approximately $38 Million in July. There were a total of 26 transactions. Of those sales, 3 were chalets, 7 were townhouses and 5 were condominiums sales.

The SQUAMISH real estate market had a total of $21 Million in sales in July. There were a total of 20 property transactions. Of those sales, 7 were single family homes, 7 were townhomes and 3 were condominiums.

The PEMBERTON market had approximately $5 Million in total dollar volume in July. There were a total of 6 transactions. Of those sales, 1 was a chalet and 2 were townhouses.
