Eligible customers can apply any time until June 30, 2020 to receive the credit. |
ICBC Auto-Payment Deferral | Customers on a monthly Autoplan payment plan, who are facing financial challenges due to COVID-19, can defer* their payment for up to 90 days with no penalty. Payment deferral is also available for fleets. If your account is not up to date, you aren’t eligible to defer payments but we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

BC-Temporary Rental Supplement (BC-TRS) Program | The temporary rent supplement will provide up to $500 per month, paid directly to the landlord on behalf of the tenant. To be eligible, tenants must have experienced an income loss or reduction as a result of the current COVID-19 pandemic, but do not qualify for existing rental assistance programs. | Your tenant may apply for this if they are eligible. The rental supplement program will be accepting applications in mid-April. |
